Fixed Response Service Contracts
Maxim offers a choice of four fixed response hardware support contracts. These packages have been developed to meet the requirements of most companies.

Service Vouchers
Maxim Computer Services provide service vouchers which are pre-paid vouchers which can be used for any Field-Service repair, or any product and benefit from the 8 hour, fixed response time to get support when and where you need it.
Ad-Hoc Service and Support
A Workshop 'Return To Base' repair service is available to those companies that would like maintenance and repairs as and when required.
