Announcement of Change in Representative Director of Computer Management Ltd

Computer Management Ltd, a group company of Infinity, implemented a change in its Representative Director effective May 2026.

As part of this transition, Hirotoshi Iwasaki stepped down as Representative Director and assumed the position of Director, while Tatsumi Kato has been appointed as the new Representative Director.

In July 2024, Computer Management Ltd appointed Mr Kato, then a core member of the company, as Executive Vice President in order to strengthen its management foundation and further enhance its business operations structure.

Since then, the company has achieved steady improvement and growth in both its business and organisational capabilities.

Throughout this process, Mr Kato has played a central role in the company’s operations, leading initiatives to improve business performance and strengthen the organisation.

In recognition of these achievements, Mr Kato has assumed the position of Representative Director from 2026.

Several business terms have passed since the business succession of Computer Management Ltd through M&A, and we are very pleased that the development of the next generation of management leadership has progressed steadily.

Going forward, Mr Iwasaki will continue to support Computer Management Ltd, led by Mr Kato, from the broader perspective of the group in his role as Director.
