As our group continues to grow and evolve, I’d like to share some recent leadership appointments across the Infinity Group. These changes reflect not only the expanding scale of our operations but also our commitment to empowering talented individuals to take on greater responsibilities and help drive our future success.
Graham Heeks Appointed as Managing Director of CSE
CSE, which joined the Infinity Group in January 2025, had been under my leadership until now. I am pleased to announce that Graham has been appointed as Managing Director of CSE. As Commercial Director, Graham has successfully secured several major contracts over the past six months and has demonstrated strong leadership not only over the sales team but also in bringing together the engineering team. I have high expectations for his continued contribution to CSE’s further growth and success. The directors of CSE will now be Stewart and myself, and we will continue to support Graham in his new role.
Mr Hakozaki Appointed as Vice President of OPN
In recognition of his strong sales performance and management capabilities, Mr Hakozaki has been appointed Vice President of OPN Until now, former owner and Chairman Mr. Nitta has been overseeing day-to-day operations, but moving forward, Vice President Hakozaki will take the lead in driving OPN’s business on the ground. I will remain as the President of OPN.
Brenda Smith Appointed as HR Manager of the Holding Company
As the total number of employees in the group has exceeded 180, Brenda has joined the holding company as Group HR Manager. While her focus will initially remain on CSE’s HR operations, she will gradually begin to oversee and lead HR functions across the entire group.
Peter Derham Appointed as Group Head of Enterprise Systems
Peter, who has been instrumental in managing the engineering team at CSE, has now transferred to the holding company to take on a group-wide role. Leveraging his extensive experience and expertise, Peter will lead key initiatives such as the rollout of Go To Resolve across the group and the reorganisation of our enterprise platforms, including Odoo ERP and Microsoft 365
Thank you as always for your great work and support across the Infinity Group. With these new appointments, I believe we are building an even stronger foundation for the future. Each of these leaders brings valuable experience and energy, and I’m excited to see how they will help us move forward together. Let’s continue to support one another and keep building a group we’re all proud to be part of.
All the best,
Hiro & Katsushi
