Notice of Change in Representative Director OPN Ltd.

OPN Ltd. a group company of Infinity, announces that it has implemented a change in its Representative Director as of February 2026.

Following this change, Mr Hirohisa Iwasaki has stepped down as Representative Director and assumed the position of Director, while Mr Yoshitomo Hakozaki has been appointed as the new Representative Director.

In April 2025, OPN appointed Mr Hakozaki, then Head of Sales, as Executive Vice President, transitioning to a sales-driven organisational structure. At the same time, the Company advanced a strategic shift from a security business reliant on one-off revenues to a network and web business centred on support contracts.

As a result, OPN has established a revenue structure in which approximately half of its sales are now covered by recurring income, achieving both stability and growth in its business foundation. In recognition of his leadership in driving these improvements and transformation, Mr Hakozaki has assumed the role of Representative Director as of 2026.

Four fiscal years have passed since the business was acquired through M&A, and we are pleased to see that the development of the next generation of leadership has progressed steadily. Going forward, Mr Iwasaki will continue to support OPN, led by Mr Hakozaki, in his capacity as Director from the perspective of the Infinity Group’s leadership.

For 2026, the Company expects to achieve record-high profits. We look forward to the continued leadership and performance of our new Representative Director, Mr Hakozaki.
