April 2019 - Acquired Maxim Computer Services.

Up until now, Infinity Group had two IT companies, Infinity Technology Europe Ltd (UK) and Infinity Technology Europe SA (Belgium) as Subsidiaries.

Maxim Computer Services has now been added to the Infinity Group's portfolio. All those companies provide IT software and hardware services to production factories and physical distribution with a focus on the manufacturing industry

We now expect to provide superior customer service by a synergistic effect within the group.
